Sierra Vista Insulation is a licensed insulation contractor providing residential and commercial insulation services in Sierra Vista, AZ and the surrounding region. Our services include, but are not limited to:
All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and a signed written agreement or accepted estimate prior to work beginning. We reserve the right to decline any job at our discretion.
All written estimates provided by Sierra Vista Insulation are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on information available at the time of the on-site assessment. If conditions discovered during the work differ materially from what was assessed (for example, hidden moisture damage, structural issues, or access problems), we will notify you before proceeding with any additional work that would affect the price.
Verbal quotes are not binding. Only written estimates signed by both parties constitute an agreement to perform work at the stated price. We do not charge for on-site estimate visits.
Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible - at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment when possible.
Sierra Vista Insulation reserves the right to reschedule jobs due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible and work with you to find an alternative time.
Payment terms are outlined in the written estimate or service agreement for each job. In most cases, payment is due upon completion of the work unless a different arrangement has been agreed to in writing in advance.
We accept payment by cash, check, and major credit cards unless otherwise specified. Returned checks may be subject to a processing fee.
If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to charge interest on outstanding balances and to pursue collection through lawful means.
Sierra Vista Insulation stands behind the quality of its work. Any workmanship warranty we provide will be stated specifically in your written estimate or service agreement. If no written warranty is provided, no warranty beyond what is required by applicable Arizona law is implied.
Manufacturer warranties for materials and products used in your project are passed through to you and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer. We do not independently guarantee materials beyond those manufacturer warranties.
Warranty claims related to workmanship must be reported to us within the warranty period stated in your agreement. We will evaluate reported issues and perform corrective work if the issue falls within the scope of our warranty.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sierra Vista Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website.
Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the claim (contract, tort, or otherwise).
Sierra Vista Insulation is not responsible for pre-existing conditions at your property, including but not limited to structural damage, mold, pest infestations, hidden moisture, or code violations discovered during the course of our work. We will notify you of any such conditions we observe and may pause work until the conditions are addressed, but addressing pre-existing conditions is the property owner's responsibility.
By scheduling a service, you represent that you have the authority to grant us access to the property and to authorize the work. You agree to ensure safe and reasonable access to all work areas on the scheduled date.
For spray foam insulation projects, occupants (including pets) must vacate the premises during application and for the re-entry period specified by us in writing before the job begins. Failure to vacate as required may result in rescheduling and may affect the warranty coverage on the job.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of AZ, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or from services provided by Sierra Vista Insulation shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in Cochise County, AZ, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree to another method. Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs unless an arbitrator or court orders otherwise.
